PSI Pumping Solutions Inc. was founded on September 13, 2002 by the late Mike and Kathy Aiello. With a passion for water and wastewater treatment construction and a deep desire to serve God, Mike set out to establish a company that specialized in the installation and service of water and wastewater equipment.
Inspired by Dr. Stanley Tam’s book “God Owns My Business”, Mike was guided by the principle of leading a successful life while being obedient to God and bringing credit to His name. PSI operates as a for-profit business, but a significant portion of the profits is invested in communities both locally and globally, with the mission of equipping, encouraging, and empowering all those entrusted to them.
PSI has made its mark in the water and wastewater construction industry, growing from three full-time employees and eight jobs in its first year to nearly 40 full-time employees, completing over one hundred jobs annually. With a strong presence in Central Pennsylvania, the company also offers its services in other regions, from the New York border to Washington D.C. PSI is a well-known name in the industry and participates in bid work, as well as warranty and service contracts for water and wastewater pumping stations.
The legacy of Mike Aiello lives on at PSI Pumping Solutions Inc., and the company continues to seek new opportunities guided by God’s will.
